We were referred to Grandmark by friends who recently used their service. We were able to get an appointment for the next morning. Eric Franklin of Grandmark was our repair technician. Eric was prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. He was able to replace the parts that had burned out. With an anticipated high of 107 degrees for that day, he saved the day! We will use Grandmark again, and have already recommended them to several friends.
Grandmark Roofing sent Omar to our house for a diagnostic of our air conditioner. Omar discovered that the previous guy who had serviced our air conditioner had rigged our capacitors, and we were days away from our motor going out. Omar and Grandmark Roofing saved us hundreds! They fixed the capacitor for a fair price, ran a proper diagnostic, and made sure the air conditioner was running! We will definitely use this company again! Thank you, Grandmark Roofing!

We got off to a misstep in our initial appointment time, but our repair technician Eric arrived the following morning. He was polite and professional and was kind enough to allow me to hang around, watching what he was doing and pestering him with questions. I learned quite a bit about my A/C system from him. I would recommend this company and technician highly.
Hector was very conscientious and thorough. Unfortunately, he was a junior technician who did not have the full range of tools to address and fix anything more than routine cleaning and inspection. He called his office to send a senior tech for the following day.
Great Customer Service! Eric and Miguel were very professional. Eric was very thorough regarding the issue with outage of my A/C. He explained options for solutions and made sure I was comfortable with his solution. Will recommend again!
